We appreciate a detailed budget. List all expenses for the entire project, as well as the amount you are requesting from BRAF. Expenses may include, but are not limited to, artist fees, material costs, equipment rental or purchases, permit and insurance fees, travel expenses, and operational overhead costs.

Section 7. Supplemental Materials
We highly encourage you to submit visual aids for your proposal. You may submit supplemental materials such as maquettes, press kit, drawings, technical sketches, digital images, etc.
We prefer that you upload your images to a personal website, or free website, like Flickr.com or Vimeo.com, and post the url's here.
If you are unable to post your visuals online, you may email or mail us your materials. Videos must be uploaded.
Please do not submit examples of past work; only submit images and materials relating to this project. We suggest no more than 5 images. If submitting video, we suggest submitting no more than 5 minutes of video.
