Focal Point for a New City Park Brings a Neighborhood Together
The San Francisco Arts Commission asked the Black Rock Arts Foundation for its support in helping David Best and his crew build a temporary installation, in the spirit of the Temples they have constructed for several years at the Burning Man event, at the center of the new Hayes Green. The temporary project was on display from June to November 2005.
